Phase I: Discover ￼
Communications is critical for the success of any IT project. The Discover Phase opens the communications process by defining key roles and personnel and clearly documenting the scope and scale of the engagement. A kick off meeting and a formal Statement of Work will formalize the process by clearly setting expectations and determining a communications and follow-up plan for the engagement.
Phase II: Design
A solid and documented design will prevent confusion and delay during deployment. A thorough Test Plan will be developed to ensure that the deployed solution meets the intent of the solution design. A Project Plan including a projected timeline is developed to ensure resources are available when needed. Finally, a Design Document will clearly detail how the solution will be integrated into your environment.
Phase III: Deploy ￼
Planning, documentation, and communication are only worthwhile if effective execution follows. During the Deploy Phase, a thorough site inspection will be conducted to ensure site readiness for any new hardware or software. The DataHub Solution will be deployed as documented in the Design Document, and tested to ensure quality control.
